A Residential Treatment Center provides 24-hour care in a structured, therapeutic environment for youth who need a higher level of support than outpatient services can provide. Our program offers clinical, psychiatric, behavioral, and supportive services to help girls heal, grow, and stabilize emotionally and behaviorally.
Our RTC serves adolescent girls who may be experiencing emotional distress, behavioral challenges, trauma, or mental health needs that require intensive support in a safe, residential setting.
We support girls who may be struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, behavioral concerns, family conflict, or other mental health-related challenges. Each resident receives an individualized treatment plan based on comprehensive assessments.

Each resident participates in a comprehensive assessment upon admission. Based on this assessment, a personalized treatment plan is developed that addresses her specific emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs. Treatment plans are reviewed and updated regularly.
Trauma-informed care recognizes the impact of past trauma and focuses on creating a safe, supportive, and empowering environment. Our staff are trained to respond with compassion, consistency, and respect, helping residents build trust and emotional regulation skills.
Yes. Our program provides psychiatric services, including evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, and ongoing monitoring, delivered by licensed psychiatric professionals as part of an integrated treatment approach.
Psychiatric services are provided based on clinical need, and any medication decisions are made carefully, collaboratively, and with appropriate consent by a physician.
Length of stay varies depending on each resident’s needs, progress, and treatment goals. Recommendations are made by the clinical team and reviewed regularly with families and referral sources.
A typical day includes a structured schedule with therapy sessions, educational support (if applicable), recreational activities, skill-building, meals, and supervised downtime. Consistency and routine help promote safety and emotional regulation.
Behavior concerns are addressed through trauma-informed behavior management practices that emphasize teaching, accountability, positive reinforcement, and skill development rather than punishment.
Yes. Family involvement is encouraged when appropriate and may include family therapy, regular communication, and participation in treatment planning to support long-term success after discharge.
Yes. Our Residential Treatment Center is licensed with Texas Health & Human Services Commission as a General Residential Treatment Facility, and operates in accordance with all applicable state regulations and standards.
Our program is values-driven and respectful of each resident’s beliefs. Participation in faith-based activities, if offered, is handled thoughtfully and in accordance with program guidelines.
